In most cases, the procedure is performed without anesthesia because it is nearly painless.

Performing the procedure requires precision and experience, and the entire treatment takes about 15 to 30 minutes. It is advisable to go for a follow-up visit after about 2 weeks to see the effects and make any adjustments.

The effects of the treatment last from about 4 to as long as 8 months – this length may vary on a case-by-case basis.

Immediately after the treatment you can not fly, use the sauna, or engage in physical activity. It is also recommended not to put on makeup. For a week you should avoid smoking cigarettes or drinking large amounts of alcohol. 

The effects of botulinum toxin injection are not immediately visible; you must wait several days. Usually the first effects of the treatment are visible after 3/4 days, and the maximum effect is reached after about 2 weeks after the treatment.
